For a report on a search of patent documents on the basis of bibliographic data (the number of the document, priority data and/or the name of the applicant, the name of the inventor, the code from the International Patent Classification), the applicant will be charged:
1) for a search of the Serbia patent database
2) for a search of the available international patent database
3) for identifying members of the “patent family” |

For a report on a search of patent documents on the basis of the technical description of the subject matter of an invention and other required data, the applicant is charged per invention, namely:
1) for a search of the Serbia patent database
2) for a search of the available international patent database
3) for a search of the Serbia patent database, at a verbal request of the person concerned, when the search is performed by an expert of the Office in the presence of the person concerned
4) for a search of the available international patent database, at a verbal request of the person concerned, when the search is performed by an expert of the Office in the presence of the person concerned
