| INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GAZETTE |

| This year will be the 86th year of the publication of the official journal of Serbia’s Intellectual Property Office. The first name of the Office, after its establishment on 15 November 1920, in more than 80 years of its history, was the Administration for the Protection of Industrial Property. The Administration, which is now the Office, published the first issue of the official journal – Gazette of the Administration for the Protection of Industrial Property as early as 1 January 1921. |

The journal (just like the Office) was renamed several times, and throughout its history its titles were: Gazette of the Administration for the Protection of Industrial Property (1921), Invention (1951), Patent Gazette (1958) and Intellectual Property Gazette (since 1996).
It should be mentioned that in its history the Gazette has had a special supplement – Feuilleton, in which contributions of a magazine-type contents are published (articles and studies in the field of intellectual property, domestic and foreign regulations, as well as news items in this field). The Feuilleton has been published in the Gazette for the past sixteen years in continuity, since issue GIS 4/91). Today, the Gazette is issued off the presses once in two months – on the last day of even months in a year. |
